Thomas has experienced firsthand—and heard from many fellow residents—the growing concerns surrounding rapid development in Wake Forest and the strain it’s placing on infrastructure, our roads, and quality of life. He’s stepping up to ensure the town grows safely and responsibly, preserving the charm and character that make Wake Forest a special place to live and raise a family. With a commitment to listening, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making, Thomas is ready to serve his community with integrity and vision.

“I am a Wake County native and have proudly called Wake Forest home for 18 years. As a husband, father of two, and longtime resident, I care deeply about the future of our town. I decided to run for Commissioner because, like many of you, I’ve grown increasingly concerned about how Wake Forest is growing. I recently heard a developer describe our town’s growth as “chaos”—and that word hit home. Whether it’s traffic congestion, high-density apartments, or development outpacing infrastructure, it’s clear we’re at a turning point. We risk losing the very qualities that make Wake Forest such a special place to live and raise a family. I’m running to bring common-sense leadership, balanced planning, and a strong commitment to preserving what makes our town unique.”
